Our Promise to You

At the studio of Jim Vision, we are proud of the quality of our prints, canvases, and apparel. Each item is crafted with care, often printed specifically for your order. Our goal is for you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we are here to make it right.

 

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We offer a 100% replacement or refund guarantee for any orders that arrive with the following issues:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Clear manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, flaws in the canvas material, holes in apparel)

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design

What to do: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@jimvision.co.uk .

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear description of the issue.

  3. Photos of the item. Please include a photo of the entire product and a close-up of the specific defect or area of damage. If the package was damaged, a photo of that is also helpful.

Important: There is no need to ship the damaged or incorrect item back to us. Once we verify the issue with the photos, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

2. Returns for Other Reasons (Sizing, Change of Mind)

Because our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • "Change of mind" or a change in preference.

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Incorrect design selection made by the customer.

We strongly encourage you to review your order details and consult the sizing chart on our product pages before finalising your purchase.

 

3. A Note on Colour & Sizing

  • Colour: Please be aware that colours can vary slightly from what you see on your computer or phone screen to the final printed product. This is due to differences in monitor calibration and is not considered a manufacturing defect. All items are created using similar materials but as they have variations in grain and paint mixing the finish will be bespoke to each item.

  • Sizing: Our apparel pages include a detailed sizing chart with measurements. Please use this guide to ensure you order the correct size. We are not responsible for replacing items where an incorrect size was ordered.

 

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at Info@JimVision.co.uk within [e.g., 2 hours] of placing it. We begin processing orders very quickly, and once an item has gone to production, we cannot cancel it.

Ordering & Shipping

Q1: How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery's progress.

Q2: Can I cancel my order? You can request a cancellation within [e.g., 2 hours] of placing your order. As our items are Made to order and Print on Demand, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered production. Please email us at info@jimvision.co.uk as soon as possible.

Q3: How long will it take to receive my order? Production time is typically 7 business days. Shipping time is then added on top of that. You can see estimated delivery dates at checkout.

Returns, Replacements & Issues

Q4: What is your return policy? We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size choices, as our products are printed to order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Q5: My canvas/print arrived damaged. What should I do? We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@jimvision.co.uk within 14 days with your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the item and the packaging). We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately on receipt of the damaged item.

Q6: I ordered the wrong size artwork. Can I exchange it? Unfortunately, because our artwork is printed to order, we cannot offer exchanges for size-related issues. We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page to help you choose the perfect fit before you buy. Please measure carefully!

Q7: The colour on my print looks a little different from my screen. Due to variations in screen settings and monitor calibration, the colours of the final printed product may differ slightly from what you see on screen. This is a normal aspect of printing and is not considered a defect.

 

Products & Care

 

Q8: How should I care for my canvas or art print? To keep your art looking its best, avoid hanging it in direct sunlight. To clean, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use water or cleaning solutions.

 

Q9: How can I contact customer service? You can reach our friendly team by emailing info@jimvision.co.uk. We are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday and aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during these times.
